Alan R. Marks, CPA
Alan is the managing partner of the Firm. He graduated from George Washington University in 1974. He worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. before joining the Firm in 1977. Alan is experienced in virtually all practice areas of the Firm.
David W. Marks, CPA
David graduated from George Washington University in 1976. He worked for Deloitte & Touche before joining the Firm in 1978. David specializes in the medical practice field and analyzes all issues and aspects of the physician's business and personal financial life. He continually monitors their practices to see how they relate to the national statistics and keeps abreast of trends so that we can help our clients stay a step ahead of their competition. He also has special expertise in retail, real estate, and financing.
Scott M. Stone, CPA
Scott graduated from State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He worked for Price Waterhouse Co. before joining the Firm in 1986. He specializes in construction contractors, manufacturers, real estate, non-profits, municipalities and audits.
G. Wayne Day, CPA, CIRA
Wayne graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology and received an MBA from Michigan State in 1981. He is also a Certified Insolvency Reorganization Accountant. He previously worked for Price Waterhouse Co., Morgan Stanley and Zolfo Cooper before joining the Firm in 1993. Wayne specializes in providing financial restructuring advisory and financial investigative services to the workout and bankruptcy community. He also provides business valuation and litigation support and has developed an expertise in the horticulture distribution and greenhouse wholesale growing industries.
Laurie Hafner, CPA
Laurie graduated from State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1983. She worked in several mid sized CPA firms and became a CFO in a healthcare company before joining the Firm in 1999. Laurie is responsible for some of the Firm's largest medical practices and has an expertise in healthcare management.
